Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds of the program fee if you decide not to participate after registering. The program fee contributes to administrative costs associated with the program and is non-refundable. However, you can use your registration to submit your work anytime before the submission deadline, so we encourage you to take your time to prepare your best work.
